I'm surprised this thread is still alive!
I was sure it would also be deleted and was simply venting some frustration  :-)

Much of my frustration is not knowing why certain posts are deleted, and especially why whole Topics are deleted when only the offending posts could be destroyed without losing the best parts of the discussion.  After all, this is a discussion forum.

Perhaps my faith in this discussion venue has been restored somewhat.

Anyway, being a Science & Religion forum, does anyone have scientific hunches as to why whole threads are deleted, or religious perspectives (e.g., the thread is not "ethical")?


p.s.  Gotta go now, but will not be surprised to see this thread gone when I next check tonight ...
