uh, no, the Palis decided that it would be better to have another intifidah in reponse to a visit by a non-elected member of the gov to the Temple Mount, wrecking all hopes for the earlier peace initiatives, getting that certain person elected, raising the status of Hamas and ending up getting more Israeli and Pali civilians killed. Perhaps the PA would do well to be a little more concrete about their intentions this time.
