I too am over qualified but at this point in my life I don't want or need the high paying job...I am looking more at non-profit organizations and am still finding it difficult to convience a board that I would be a plus to their organization. The last non-profit I interviewed with hired a young college student who apparently did not last long as the position is once again open. What will it take to convience a board that I still have much to offer at my age?
