If you're relying heavily on the online process, that's one reason you might not be getting calls. Face to face connections are critical. Ask the people who didn't hire you after 4 interviews if they'd give you some candid feedback on why you weren't chosen. Give them permission to be candid since you want to learn from the experience. You can say you have 20 solid years of work exp, but hardly any experience interviewing...which is a good thing! They may tell you of mistakes you made or why they didn't pick you, which can be valuable feedback to help alter your approach. You may also ask if they know of other people for you to connect with. Unfortunately, 4 months isn't that long -- some searches go on much longer, which I know you don't want to hear. Focus on meeting people in person and asking a trusted friend to evaluate how you come across. Do some mock interviews. Take a course at a local college on interviewing and job searching -- some offer 2-hour programs to help you brush up on these skills. Since if that's not polished, it won't matter what your resume says. Lean on friends for leads. Good luck
