I have nine year old twins, so I have a soft spot for all twins moms!  Nobody needs to know that whole story -- in fact, keep it to yourself.  You can say you had difficulties with a failed pregnancy and then had trouble conceiving -- but now that you've got perfect twins, you're ready to get back to work.  Focus on what you bring to a potential employer and avoid delving into the drama of the past.  You have a perfectly legit story with this.  Be positive...network a lot b/c people who know you will be the best source of job leads. They know you're a good person and they'll want to help. Good luck
