Keep doing it and make sure you are doing the workout 3 times a week. Usually plateauing occurs because you have not built enough muscle. Usually when you lose weight you lose that fat burning muscle so plateau usually means you have not rebuilt the muscle yet. Once you rebuild that muscle you will get off the plateau and start losing weight again. Dr. Mike
