Dr. Mike I am adding to my previous message. When I say I have been strickly following the diet I HAVE been. I have not cheated I promise. I do muscle training two days a week for an hour each day. I am currently running approximatly 16 miles a week. My weight does fluctuate about 5 pounds. I loose it and then the next day it is back???? I have been down as much as 7 pounds but with the fluctuation that is really only 2 pounds. I am going to start Pilates because I understand that core strength is vital. Please help me, this is the first time I have been this excited about a plan. I love that it concentrates on health and not just weight loss.
