I think anytime you have a custody battle, one of the parties is mental or abusive. One of them loves the child so much that they would do anything to protect them and the other one wants to win. And the courts are the ones that propagate and instigate it. And the lawyers get rich! If there is a cause for which I would work my butt off for free, this would be one. It is a crime against our children.
