Understood but why cant the price be $100.00 compared to 5% of the damage ? Like I said , in other areas they arent charging anything for the permit that you have to haev. -I DONT KNOW, YOU SHOULD BRING IT UP TO YOUR CITY HALL, YOUR CONGRESSMAN, SENATOR ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. I AM JUST TELLING YOU HOW EACH STATE AND CITY, COUNTY DOES IT. IT IS PRETTY MUCH THE SAME THING. IF YOU DONT LIKE THE WAY THEY CHARGE, complain! but not here online, in person.
