At the end of the day at any time of day social services can go in there and take that baby away. They havent done so. The judge could order the baby to be handed over at any time. Again they havent done so. Trespassing? If u mean regarding him being the house well thats simple they could just issue him with a eviction notice...if Thomspon really owns that house. They can also force the eviction obviously.
