Recently I started looking for a better job.Told by my employer that it was no problem as long as I put my two weeks notice in.The manager actually asked me more than once to stay because she liked my work  ethic but due to low pay I really needed a different job.The day of my first interview I was honest and let them know thats where I was going and was told once again that it was no problem.Later that afternoon I got a call from a fellow employee that I had been removed from the schedule.When I called the establishment to speak to one of my four managers about it their response was I was not devoted enough to the job.That I was not fired but my hours were given to people that were devoted to working there.They responded that if someone called in I would get to work.I was a full time employee,who never called in,was never late,and always worked my hardest.Told repeatedly by my managers and fellow employees that I was a wonderful worker.Im a mother of three small children struggling every day with a husband on disability to feed our children.They knew I had tried for along time to get the job at their establishment and knew that I needed thet job very badly until I found a new one.But showed no remorse for me and my children.Thier exact words were"Its all about the business".Now I am left with no paycheck for the next couple of weeks until all because I was being HONEST.
