They can grow ears on rats and possibly kidneys in bodies.  I think there should be a market for kidneys that are grown in the lab or in a body, but original kidneys should be off-limits with large penalties against it since many people are unaware of the consequences when they get older.  You do not have a clue as to which kidney will fail later in life.  Poverty should be no reason to sell a kidney!
