The human organs are already given to the richest and most powerful USA citizens, so what's the big deal? Why should only hospitals and doctors and the Power Elite gain form the sacrifice of poor American organs? Anybody donating their organs should be given a minimum of $250,000, to their surviving relatives and love ones.  Right now the organ donors are the biggest "USA Suckers," in town, because the cut those organs out of your body while you are still alive without any pain killers. So these poor suckers families should AT LEAST GET SOMETHING FOR THEIR RELATIVES PAINFUL AND DEADLY SACRIFICES.
