The rich and the poor situation most likely will remain the same...why not start handing out $60,000.00 to persons willing to do this body parts selling? Give poor people the right to make their own decision about it. At least their not taking kidneys by force. Birth control, liposuction for teens, what ever. Let us have our rights to decide.
