I myself think that when someone dies there should be a recyle program. Those with a soul will be fine and those with out! Well See Ya!  And yes I think that should go into the medical system after rigourous testing for drug and alcohol use. Why waste good parts on those that do not want to take care of themselves! Once and your out!! If it is a failed kidney or other organ due to abuse, say your adous' (Bye-Bye) No Mercy! If it is an extension of a cared life then I  would surely agree to find whatever it takes to help them.
