This is a good idea, because the American hospital elite are making billions of dollars off of stupid people donating their organs for free when they become sick.  You must understand that your organs must be cut out of your body while you are still alive, because dead people's organs are useless. But people should be paid for the pain that they will suffer from donating their eyes and organs while they are in a coma. Nothing in America is free, so why should the most precious thing that you have, your body parts be given away to bring life and wealth to other people.
