It is evident to any one who has open eyes and an open mind to the truth that government sponsored racism exists against the Caucasian Americans.  The government says in their many declarations that racism is wrong yet they continually exercise racist attitudes and programs against "white America" It seems clear to everybody that it is wrong to exclude blacks or African Americans or whatever the politically correct term is today, from a job because of color. However Its perfectly ok to exclude, fire, lay-off or cause early retirement to a white person in order to give a person of color his job. I'm a #### , gringo and  White boy, and proud of it. Many jobs are given to other ethnic groups are done so on a purported affirmative action basis or as the other clear lie is referred to as a diversity basis. Any child knows those are just nice sounding fancy words for legal racism. If you look at the CTA and Chicago city jobs it becomes clear to Daley's diversity means changing jobs from mixed to a make-up of 95% black . That's not diversity.  One might think that Daleys was ####-a-phobic.   But I guess he doesn't want another riot like the one 40 years ago, so that must justify it. But to force retirement of Fire department heads and replace them with the "other" guys isn't racist, Its diversifying but if it were done the other way then it would be racism and the civil rights activists justifying their existence would be screaming how it is racist. The problem is many of the so called civil rights activists would the biggest racists if they applied the same measure to the other shoe. I have respect for MLK because he is a man worthy of respect. His dream involved people working together to live in harmony. Much of what we see is one group working for harmony.  As my shrink would say to the many get over it and get on with your life. The effects of entitlement which is undeserved favor in a circumstance or system many times displays itself in the most absurd ways, like the actress who has had so many incredible roles that 99.9999% of white women actresses would die for just one of the many, but she says she could do so much more if she wasn't discriminated against. Then there's the lawyer that says His ivy league education isn't worth 15 cents (rough paraphrase) but he does make the contention that affirmative action doesn't work even though it helped bring him to the upper rungs of the legal profession. As with anything when you hire someone mainly because of their race usually It doesn't work out well for those who use the services of those workers.  I imagine there are 10s of thousands besides me who could comment on the quality of service most of the time that they've received form agencies that follows these practices.  The results of these kinds of hiring practices is what I would call the problem of entitlement.  My brother is white and on social security. Basically he gets paid for doing nothing because he has a mental disability. But in his view the $1,100 a month isn't enough, he deserves more, because it goes too fast. usually within a week or two. He's always had difficulty working with other people but this program doesn't help the situation except that now he tries even less because there's no incentive, heck free money man, Give it away and people will line up....and then demand more like what we see with the Illegals let them break federal laws and they demand citizenship that makes sense right???? Give citizenship to babies born here of illegal and the mother says hey I deserve citizenship too. Instead of making the children foreign citizens born in the USA why do they automatically make them citizens of the USA???? As Selma Hyak in the movie Fools Rush In declares "WHAT THE MOTHER IS THE BABY IS" a policy like that would stop the practice of and absurdity of the woman that saw herself as the Mexican Rosa Parks and the thousands of women annually who cross the border pregnant just to have child born here to give them American citizens status. Look at the birth rates among the illegal population which is more close to 8-10 million women who have children born as citizens, even though they themselves are not. FORGET the terrorists, If Mexico ever went to war with us we'd be dead. Didn't many Mexican American citizens already show that contrary to their vows they will back Mexican citizens to cause America and Americans economic problems and to change our national anthem why not our constitution???? Heck in a short time they will have the power and votes to make us a commonwealth of Mexico. But I guess our elected officials aren't concerned about its citizens rights as they are about Hispanic votes. WHERE ARE THE PUBLIC SERVANTS OF OLD instead of these ####????????why are so many politicians and much media and Hollywood so AMERICAN-A PHOBIC and anti-American????The worst thing is that legalizing the tens of millions of illegals would ROB EVERY OTHER ethnic group of their FAIR and PROPORTIONATE right to influence our society and to affect our laws How ridiculous is it that congress even considers giving illegals children college scholarships when so many citizens could benefit from such a program, WHAT ARE THEY THINKING????.The newest racism here is that employers are requiring American"s to speak Spanish if they want to work in America. I've seen more and more signs for employment that say must speak Spanish. Many supervisor's and management positions now require Spanish. Most corporations and even the government translate every thing into Spanish so there's less incentive for foreigners especially illegals to learn English. When I volunteered in Mexico for 3 years I learned the language when I left the orphanage where so much English was spoken and went to Guadalajara where very few spoke English. I didn't learn when I was always in the English environment because I didn't need to. I think everyone would have to agree that the constitution of the United States applies to American citizens not to those under the citizenship and jurisdiction of another country. The biggest lie they say is that the illegals only take the jobs no one else will do. HEY if you believe we should make illegals citizens and give them American jobs then you give them your job and your citizenship and YOU go live in Mexico!!! I believe its also  a clear responsibility of the government as identified in the constitution  to protect its legal citizens from invasion. Even if you accept the extremely low figure of 12 million illegals from the south although with the governments own figures its likely closer to 20+ million. Looking at population densities would indicate the same, The question still is how many millions does it take to constitute an invasion???? Why are Americans being branded racist because  they "SAY" they should enforce immigration laws????After all wasn't the immigration system designed to provide a balance of immigrant groups??? So that there would be a balance of influence and power????? and WHY in the hell should I have to turn a box over 3 times to find out what its contents are in English. Better to BOYCOTT companies that make American's pay for the cost of printing and advertising everything in Spanish, Not to mention many Spanish items cost less than the American equivalents made by the same manufacturer. They must think the same as the politicians The Americans  can foot the costs! BOYCOTT THEM ALL!  ITS time for people to say I"M FED UP AND I"M NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANY MORE!!!! OHHH by the way Why is IMUS racist but WHITE MEN CAN"T JUMP and the many racist oriented movies against whites acceptable???? Why are whites being charged with civil liberties offenses when nothing was was said to be racially motivated yet when blacks beat and/or kill a white and state it is because he was white, yet the offenders aren't charged with hate crimes???? Then there's America's favorite athlete but we won't go there! When the courts make decisions based on fear of what a group may do, then tyranny and anarchy will reign. WE all see this racism and we must call it what it is! HECK I'm OFFENDED but it doesn't matter because I'm white, If I weren't white I could get a Suntimes column like that Mary whatever her name is and do so much better at whining to justify my bald-headed, ####, gringo, #### chauvinist existence, ohh I 'm so offended...
