I think that all communities need to establish standards. The standards need to be known in advance. The standard should not be one that is routinely not followed by large numbers of people, and then selectively applied to one person when it was not even a known standard. "Artists" routinely use this language and worse. If the FCC wants special standards for TV and Radio that is also OK. As long as everyone who uses these words is treated equally, after the standard is in place, it is fair. That is not what occurred.
