I was watching CNN News with a gentleman by the name of Cuvato. He had two legal experts on and they were discussing the Marshall Estate. Evidently the lawyers with the estate want it settled BUT the judge in the case will set up an order that the money will be set in a trust to be distributed when she is of age-so much at age 18, 21, 25 etc. They also said that the judge will set up that whoever is the father or if Vergie gets her that they have to submit to the courts every 3-6 months what they need money for-they want proof. I am hoping that for this childs sake it is done and no one is able to get their hands on the money. Stern will hand her over that fast if he knows he cannot have access to any money.
