Sam Donaldson doesn't have a clue.......the elderly are already affected.......medicine coverage decreased and now the Dr. offices are no longer doing the bloodwork and therefore they have to go to a lab for the bloodwork and then to the DR office for the appt. Which-is difficult for 93 and 91 year olds.......Unfortunately all entitlement programs for poor and the old are broken and more govt intervention is silly since they broke it to begin with!
