I think the our leaders should do the following with credit crunch. I think to help all involved we need to do the following.

 

Stop all foreclosures for 180 days. Make the banks sit down with people involved work out a deal that work for parties and move forward.

The banks started this by offering loans to people who could not afford homes they moved into so both sides are to blame, but now the banks want get people out this homes and resale them. The only problem is the market is flooded with to many foreclosures and no money coming. My idea may not be a great one I think I would rather have some money coming in over a longer period of time then no money at all. That way there is money still moving in the market.
