A $30,000 loan from the IRS per individual with valid SSN this year is my suggestion for US to turn things around. Why wait for the credit/bank to correct itself?

IN RETURN for this loan, the individual signs a statement of promise to pay back the IRS $5000 a year total (no interest) for six years, and to work 30 hours (witnessed on a log) a week on any project (volunteering, job, artistic work). This loan is NOT to entice one to sit and watch TV all week.

What do you think?
