I knew this would happen and this was stated by the former German Chancellor Schroeder months ago, these moves by the USA to expand its MILITARY presence in Eastern Europe is wrong and it will strain relations at the most inappropriate time.

Pardon my frankness, but Bush was a hawkish idiot and thank God when he leaves!  And the financial situation let us cut the crap, I think most people know it is this securitized American garbage which was circulated around which created the situation.  These foriegn banks bought a lot of these very questionable American investment instruemtns and when the American banks started tanking it is not easy to separate out the damage.  But  I do belive the epicenter for the finacial mess and yes blame lies with America. 

Rather than some idiot journalists biasing the reporting with the idiot slamming references or wanting to believe we are all in this ship together, you sure as hell would not want me to OCD the issue with my Expose!  I might not be a PhD in fincance but I could expand on the issue much better han what I see in the lay press. 

But back tot he post, the bases in Eastern Euriope serve no purpose other than straining relations and they need to be removed.  Furthermore, there needs to be as Schroder mentioned more economic ties fostered with Russia rather than useless military bases right at their front door. . .
