My boyfriend and I have been together for almost 5 years now and he recently started chemotherapy. I have an IUD but his doctor told us we need to use condoms. I assume this is because traces of the chemo drugs are expelled through semen. Is it potentially harmful to my reproductive health if we don't use condoms?
