My 83 year old Father had a major stoke july 13 2010.... It did not paralyze him except his eyes were closed for 2 months... He is in a nursing rehab facility..I want him home and get home healthcare.. What is your advice on this...His eyes are open now but he does not talk to us anserws questions sometimes??
