I have epilepsy, gran-mal.  I am currently taking 2 different medications for it, and I am still considered uncontrolable because I have more than 2 a year.  I have been fired from numerous jobs because of it but don't qualify for full disability.  I take part in epilepsy walks and everything I hear about.  I know 4 people that have died from this condition, my father and one of my sisters have it was well.  I want to know why no one is bringing awareness to this.  It is just as important as cancer, ms or any other condition, but you never hear anything about people donating to help research epilepsy.  Can someone please get this out so maybe we can start helping to find what causes these and try to find a cure or remedy for it.
