I am only 23 and have been diagnosed recently with chronic pain. Even more recently, nerve damage. The sciatic nerve the runs down through my right side and all the way down my leg leaves me in pain all the time. 24 hours a day. I have chosen to opt out of medications, for a fear that they are not helping, based on failed attempts, they have not helped. I do not have health insurance. And my options are limited with that fact, and that I am a full time student and do not make much money to be able to render affording physical therapy and messages. I have turned to trying to get in at least 30-minutes of walking or running in a day, and that does not seem to help with the pain. I do notice that it may help with my energy levels, which fluctuate often with my busy schedule. Does anyone have any ideas?
