hi my name is sandra and i have neck pain in the upper part of my neck by my skull down tmy spine to the middle of my back.i cannot move my neck to much because of the pain.i have been to aa few doctors and they all said that it was due to the fact that my muscels are strained.with this neck pain i also am having migranes and my ars will go numb every couple of days.i cant find anything that will help and due to my buldging disk i am taking lortabe 10 as needed and it isnt helping.this neck pain and stiffnes started about a month ago and i still cant move my neck..i need help.
