I recently had a stroke and prior to this I was a very busy and on the go person.  The stroke affected my speech and lef my left side weak.  There has been animprovement in my speech but it seems ot change if I talk a little more than usual    I hve been home for a while and I am taking medication.  I am not a person that likes to take any medication.  My only daily med was for hypertention.  The other pills are vitamins.     Since being home I have been quite depressed.  I also suffer from anxiety.  I was given plavix  and a anti-depression med.  My appetite is very poor and I have lost about 15 pounds.  Is there anything else that I can do to overcome this depression.
