Dr. Levine, what other normal, healthy part of a child's body is it ethical for a doctor to cut off if the parents request it for cultural or religious reasons?

If there is no other normal, healthy part of a child's body that is ethical for a doctor to cut off for cultural or religious reasons, how can you justify the unique exception for non-therapeutic circumcision of boys?
