Ingredients:

1. Chinese cabbage 300g
2. Tofu 200g
3. Carrot 50g
4. Salt 3g
5. Sesame oil 10g
6. Monosodium glutamate (gourmet powder) 3g, it's an additive used by Chinese people in cooking every day, but if you don't have it, it's okay to skip
7. Green onion (onion) 10g
8. Ginger 5g
9. Cooking oil 20g
10. Chinese pepper (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sichuan_pepper) powder (if you have) 5g

Directions:

1. Wash the Chinese cabbage and dehydrate it, cut it into big sheets
2. Cut the tofu into small blocks
3. Cut the carrot into small sheets, shred the green onion (onion) and ginger into tiny pieces
4. Pour the cooking oil into a wok and heat it, when it becomes hot add the green onion (onion) and ginger and stir fry
5. When there's good smell coming out add the carrot and stir fry
6. When the carrot changes its color add the Chinese cabbage and stir fry for 1 minute
7. Add the salt and Chinese pepper powder (if you have) and keep stir frying
8. When the Chinese cabbage becomes soft add the tofu blocks with a little water, which covers half of the materials
9. Turn the stove lower to braise , till the water is almost gone, add the gourmet powder and sesame oil, then it's ready
