1. Potato 300g2. Carrot 100g3. Onion 15g4. Curry powder 20g5. Cooking oil 20g6. Salt 4g
1. Cut the potato and carrot into small blocks2. Cut the onion into small pieces3. Pour the cooking oil into a wok and heat it, when it becomes hot add the onion and stir fry4. When there's good smell coming out add the potato and carrot and keep stir frying5. After 3 or 4 minutes add some fresh water, till it covers everything6. Add the curry powder and stir everything evenly7. Turn the stove lower and braise the materials8. During the braise stir everything for couple of times, so that the potato won't get over cooked or stuck at the bottom9. When the potato gets soft add some salt and stir, when everything's mixed evenly the meal is ready
