Ingredients:

1. Potato 300g
2. Carrot 100g
3. Onion 15g
4. Curry powder 20g
5. Cooking oil 20g
6. Salt 4g

Directions:

1. Cut the potato and carrot into small blocks
2. Cut the onion into small pieces
3. Pour the cooking oil into a wok and heat it, when it becomes hot add the onion and stir fry
4. When there's good smell coming out add the potato and carrot and keep stir frying
5. After 3 or 4 minutes add some fresh water, till it covers everything
6. Add the curry powder and stir everything evenly
7. Turn the stove lower and braise the materials
8. During the braise stir everything for couple of times, so that the potato won't get over cooked or stuck at the bottom
9. When the potato gets soft add some salt and stir, when everything's mixed evenly the meal is ready
