1. Green pepper 250g2. Green onion (onion) 10g3. Ginger 5g4. Garlic 5g5. Sugar 10g6. Vinegar 15g7. Soy sauce 10g8. Salt 4g9. Farina 5g10. Sesame oil (if you don“t have, it can be skipped)11. Cooking oil 20g
Directions:
1. Remove the seeds inside green peppers, cut them into small pieces2. Pour the cooking oil into a wok and heat it, when it becomes hot add the green pepper and stir fry3. When the green pepper's skin becomes white add the green onion (onion), ginger and garlic and keep stir frying4. Add the vinegar and stir fry till the good smell coming out5. Add the sugar, soy sauce and salt gradually during the stir fry6. Add some water into the wok till it covers the bottom and braise 7. Solve the farina into some water 8. When the water in the wok is almost gone add the farina solution and stir9. Add the sesame oil if you have, then the dish is ready
