Ingredients:

1. Cauliflower 200g
2. Broccoli 200g
3. Garlic 10g
4. Salt 3g
5. Cooking oil 20g

Directions:

1. Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into small flowers, dip them in fresh water
Cut the garlic into tiny pieces
2. Boil some water in a pot, add the cauliflower and broccoli and take out after 2 minutes
3. Pour the cooking oil into a wok and heat it, when it becomes hot add the garlic and stir fry
4. When there's good smell coming out add the cauliflower and broccoli and keep stir frying
5. Add the salt and some fresh water, till it covers the bottom
6. Braise the materials and when they are all ripe, the dish is ready, you can also make it according to your own taste, soft or crispy
