When are the changes going to be made so that the working poor can get state coverage of medical insurance?  Now they tell people who are really poor but make just a little too much can't get state paid coverage and have to buy their own.  As it is also the state subsidized insurance also says people at this level make too much.  So when will the poverty level go up 133% so we can all get covered? When does it take effect?
