Tory,

 I've been out of work now going on 8 months. i was a warehouse manager in the furniture business in the Philadelphia market. I have been looking for a similar position in warehouse management but with little success. I've have had a couple of interviews but I come away with either I'm asking to much of a salary or my age and possibly my weight may come into play. I am a big man and while it does not effect my ability to do the job I do fear it may turn off  the person I'm interviewing with. I have two questions. First can you direct me to a possible site to look for a job in warehousing or companies that are looking for managers. Second although I know I need too lose the weight do you feel people may discriminate when hiring?
