What would you suggest for someone who would like to make a midlife career change?  I have 24 years of IT experience and can not seem to get a Full time job.  I have been doing contract work for three years until I was let go in December.   The company I worked for previously was bought and closed by another company.  I was forced to retire at age 50.  My skills are a bit out dated due to my contract work. What would you suggest.
