Enjoy your segments on Job Searching.  It just hasn't helped.  I live in Southern California, 57 years old, married, big mortgage that I'm still current on.  All that is about to change.  I have been out of work since 12/2007.  Laid off due to construction slow down.  I have redone my resume about 6 times.  I've been to Job Fairs.  Tried applying to retail jobs.  What I hear is that "You Don't Have a 4 Year Degree", or "You Are Over Qualified".  I know my age is starting to be a factor.  What do I do next?  Temp Agencies?  Staffing?  I'm really at a loss.
