I have a BA in Communications, and experience in both print and broadcast media. I'm looking to make the switch to sports marketing, and I know I could make a great contribution, especially in a media/public relations role. Right now I live in Spokane, WA, but am willing to relocate. Most of the jobs I'm finding are in California or on the East Coast, and I wonder if the organizations may overlook me in favor of more local candidates. Any thoughts?
