Hi Tory,

As my youngest will be going to college in the fall of 2009 I am looking forward to getting a position I would love instead of a job that pays the bills and keeps me insured.  I am in my late 40's and I would like to know how to get them to see beyond my age and look at my abilities.  Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
