What do you recommend for a person with a limited wardrobe wear to a interview.  What should he/she avoid and can generically get by without looking as though they have a limited wardrobe?  For instance, what if you don't have a white blouse/shirt to wear, what is the next best acceptable ensemble?  

Also, what about the woman with long hair? Personally, I do not care for a style I like a healthy even cut and wear pony tails with sensible hair ornament or a hairpiece ponytail band.

This can be a challenge one that could hinder your confidence level especially that in one instance people advise you to wear a black suit then no pants then say blue is better...help us Tory!!!
