We lost our 3 1/2 year old boxer after she had a cecearean section at which 9 male puppies were delivered.  We found a 6 1/2 year old Lab to nurse them after she had weaned her own puppies.  Soon our puppies will be weaning from her and i wondered if there is anything thatwe should know about taking care of our puppies once they are weaned from the Lab and she goes back to her owner.  This story was one that was very sad but has become very heart warming, and I want to make sure that these puppies make it in life to live on their mother's legacy.
