This does NOT sound like someone who is fighting for SOLE custody of his child - sounds more like he DOESN'T want custody. If Alec didn't want this to get out, he shouldn't have said it! There has been NOTHING private about his divorce & custody battle!! I hope the judge revokes his visitation permanently, as well as his parental rights - and still make him pay child support!
