This article will summarize Unicru better than I can.

I know the answers to the questions. But this is ridiculous. You can't just walk into stores and ask for an application anymore. They tell you you have to go online. What they are doing is extremely stupid and just wrong. You can't talk to someone face to face. You have to go through the system. That is so wrong and its the last thing anyone needs.

I applied to a job I saw with FedEx. Then almost 3 weeks later I called them up. The manager told me they the position STILL hasn't been filled and that they have a recruiter working on it and getting in touch with people. Thats some system they have. Why should it take that long to fill a position. What happened to walking in with a suit and tie and saying "I'll do it" and the manager saying "Ok. You're hired"?

I asked him if he thought it was a good system. He said he couldn't comment. He also said they couldn't (or wouldn't) accept resumès. He said he wasn't in control and that he couldn't hire his best friend in the world if he wanted to. I don't know if what he said was true, but with how stupid things have gotten in recent years, I believe him.

No one wants automated...stuff...like this. I don't like going to stores and being told to go away. I don't really get the opportunity to talk to a real person. Its just like customer service. NO ONE wants to call up and talk to a computer. I don't think anyone has ever said "Oh wow. That was quick and easy. The computer answered my question efficiently. Id rather talk to the recording."

And I don't understand stupid questions like this. Is this a joke or something?
